Dr. Michelle R. (Missy) Schoonover

Missy was named the Executive Director for the Centre County Housing and Land Trust in November 2017. She serves as the only staff member for the organization and is responsible for all functions of the CCHLT.

Missy has been an engaged community member since moving to State College, Pennsylvania in 1997, and a supporter of the CCHLT since its creation in 2007.

She earned both a B.S. and law degree from Ohio Northern University. She resides in State College, Pennsylvania with her husband Tim. In her free time, Missy enjoys attending sporting events, spending time outdoors, reading and traveling with her husband and adult son.
